Founded in 2004 as a means to perform lesser known classical repertoire, the Sinfonietta has now established itself as a chamber orechestra in the Baltimore area, and has expanded its horizons by following its founder Randall Stewart to New York, where he now is the musical director of a Young Artist Summer Opera company: The Baltimore Sinfonietta's Project Opera of Manhattan (POM). |
